I think I have lots of good days and few bad days. But I try to spend much time in prayer also. Saying the Lord’s Prayer, Our Father, and Hail Mary on my long walks with Lola. I have a good Catholic neighbour that says the Rosary on his walks with his dog Clover. So it helps to have the Lord Jesus and his Mother Mary always on your mind. This tends to bring out the Good in everything all around you all the time. I’m learning Hebrew and Aramaic too so I also pray the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic… in the same words that Jesus spoke 2,000 years ago.
