El día de hoy en el Pub nuestro amigo @doble-u recopiló una serie de preguntas que tiene la comunidad en general acerca de el lanzamiento de Splash y @jacobgadikian respondío a cada una de ellas.

1.) ¿Es necesario tener una cuenta en whaleshares antes del splash airdrop?

No, pero puede que quieras probarlo, las economías son similares.

WLS tiene una economía muy muy simple, la idea clave con la que estaban jugando es que al final la participación es propiedad y los derechos de propiedad importan mucho, así que fueron y se deshicieron del pool de recompensas. Yo invertí en WLS porque quería explorar este modelo económico. No creo que haya tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo en la blockchain de WLS debido al escaso compromiso general.

Originalmente era mi plan para arbitrar en él bajo, y hacer un poco de promoción de los inversores, mientras que la investigación de las ideas económicas. Pero no me pareció que fuera a ir por el camino que yo quería (un mayor crecimiento de usuarios) y tuve la sensación de que estaba un poco moribundo por una serie de razones.

Esto fue un poco decepcionante y mi solución para ello es Splash.

Splash nos permitirá, como comunidad, explorar cómo podría ser una interfaz social rica y no tener un fondo de recompensas.

Obviamente, creo que es un hecho conocido que uno de los problemas más urgentes que enfrentamos con blurt es la agricultura automatizada del grupo de recompensas, esto efectivamente cerrará eso.

2.) ¿Mi cuenta de splash será creada automáticamente por el HF?

Más o menos.

No hay un hard fork esta es una nueva cadena. Voy a tomar una instantánea de los saldos potenciados de cada cuenta que envíe cualquier cantidad de blurt o wls a la cuenta Free Willy en cualquiera de las dos cadenas y eso es lo que se importará.

3.) ¿Se requiere alguna acción por mi parte antes del lanzamiento aéreo?

Sí, esto es fundamental.

Envíe cualquier cantidad de blurt a la cuenta Free Willy en blurt o Whaleshares, y ponga una dirección de splash en el campo memo.

4.) ¿El airdrop llegará automáticamente a mi cartera Splash?

Sí, pero asegúrate de poner tu dirección splash en el campo memo, o no se incluirá en el bloque génesis.

5.) ¿Cuál es la historia con el 69 pago a la cuenta "freewilly"?

Esto te etiqueta como participante voluntario. Básicamente, con blurt, creo que dimos BLURT a un número de personas que no están realmente comprometidas con el proyecto y no les importa.

No quiero que eso se repita, así que conseguir el splash airdrop requiere una acción por parte del usuario, es decir, enviar una pequeña cantidad de blurt o WLS a freewilly.

Además, el 69 es un número muy afortunado. Si lo repites dos veces, como 43.526.969, es de hecho 69 veces más afortunado que el propio 69.

esta es una excelente pregunta y al principio me costó responderla y luego me di cuenta de que debía enfocarla de la manera más sencilla posible:

Y ya está, es así de sencillo.

Reservaré una parte de las fichas para la gente que haga contribuciones significativas antes del lanzamiento.

Un ejemplo de una contribución significativa podría ser hacer que los intercambios sean conscientes de que esto está sucediendo.

Si no envían una pequeña cantidad de blurt a freewilly, la participación de sus clientes no entrará en el splash.

8.) ¿A qué hora debería ser la instantánea?

11.) ¿Cómo podrá la gente comprar o vender Splash?

Ionomy y cosmos dex AMM alias "gravity dex". ¿Tal vez ósmosis dex?

Tal vez algunos de los otros dex de cosmos.

Quiero decir que, siendo realistas, lo pondremos en cualquiera de los dex del ecosistema de cosmos. Habrá muchos dexes en el ecosistema de Cosmos. No nos esforzaremos en atender a los CEX. Por supuesto, @ionomy nos acompaña, han sido increíbles con Blurt, y nos dicen que han disfrutado trabajando con nosotros tanto como nosotros con ellos. Así que es bastante lógico.

En el caso de Blurt y Splash, tengo cierto interés en cotizar en VCC para impulsar la exposición en el mercado vietnamita.

12.) ¿Es necesario tener una cuenta de Twitter relacionada con WLS, posiblemente debido a Know Your Customer (KYC)?

No.

¿Qué es eso de una cuenta de Twitter relacionada con WLS?

Tal vez sólo la exigen para asegurarse de que la gente no pueda ir y crear infinitas cuentas de forma gratuita. eso fue un problema en los primeros días de steam.

13.) ¿Con qué frontal se lanzará Splash?

Deberías verlo esta noche. Aunque es muy mínimo. Nada del otro mundo. Una cosa es segura: cumpliremos con JAMstack.

Questions and answers about Splash @jacobgadikian

Today in the Pub our friend @doble-u compiled a series of questions that the community at large has about the Splash release and @jacobgadikian answered each of them.

This is just a copy of the answers given by @jacobgadikian in the Pub

1.) Is it necessary to have an account at whaleshares before the splash airdrop?

No, but you might want to try it, the economies are similar.

WLS has a very very simple economy, the key idea that they were playing with is that at the end of the day steak is property and property rights matter a great deal, so they went and got rid of the reward pool. I invested in WLS because I wanted to explore this economic model. I do not think that I got the opportunity to do that on the WLS blockchain due to overall poor engagement.

Originally it was my plan to arbitrage into it low, and do some investor advocacy while researching the economic ideas. But it just didn't seem to me like it was likely to go the way that I wanted to (increased user growth) and I got the feeling that it was kind of moribund for a number of reasons.

This was a bit disappointing and my solution to it is Splash.

Splash will allow us as a community to explore what it might look like if you have a rich social interface and you do not have a reward pool.

Obviously I think it's a known fact that one of the most pressing issues that we face with blurt is automated farming of the reward pool, this will effectively shut that down.

2.) Will my splash account be created automatically by the HF?

Kind of.

There's no hard fork this is a new chain. I am going to snapshot the powered up balances of every account that sends any amount of blurt or to the account Free Willy on either chain and that is what will be imported.

3.) Is any action required from me before the airdrop?

Yes. This is critical.

Send any amount of blurt to the account Free Willy on blurt or Whaleshares, and put a splash address in the memo field.

4.) Will the airdrop automatically flow into my Splash wallet?

Yes, but do make sure to put your splash address in the memo field, or it won't be included in the genesis block.

5.) What is the story with the 69 payment to the "freewilly" account?

This tags you as a willing participant. Basically, with blurt, I think that we gave BLURT to a number of people who are not actually engaged with the project and couldn't care less about it.

I don't want to see that repeated so getting the splash airdrop requires an action on the part of the user, namely sending a tiny amount of blurt or WLS to freewilly.

Plus, 69 is a very lucky number. If you repeat it twice, such as 43,526,969 it is in fact 69 times as lucky as 69 itself.

You could send .001 blurt, it wouldn't be so lucky.

6.) Is a payment to "freewilly" required before the airdrop or after the airdrop or not at all?

Before. Any amount is fine.

You should have your Splash wallet address in the memo field.

7.) Requirement is powered up!

An owner of 10,000 BLURT gets how much splash?

10,000 SPLASH

An owner of 10,000 WLS gets how much splash?

10,000 SPLASH

An owner of 10,000 BLURT and 10,000 WLS gets how much Splash?

this is an excellent question and at first it was hard for me to answer and then I realized that I should approach it in the simplest way possible:

It's 1:1

1 blurt power gets you 1 splash

1 whalestake will get you one Splash as well

And that's it, it's that simple.

I'll be putting aside some portion of the tokens to people who make meaningful contributions pre-launch.

an example of a meaningful contribution might be to make exchanges aware that this is happening.

If they do not send a small amount of blurt to freewilly, their customers stake will not enter splash.

8.) At what time should the snapshot be?

:). At any time between now and genesis.

what I mean is, I'm following the pattern used by osmosis to launch, and they actually did not tell anyone the exact time.

So what I can tell you for sure is it I haven't taken any snapshot yet.

9.) Will a post published on BLURT also be on Splash?

Not unless the author wants that.

10.) Will a post published on Splash also be seen on BLURT?

Not unless the author wants that.

11.) How will people be able to buy or sell Splash?

Ionomy and cosmos dex AMM aka "gravity dex". Maybe osmosis dex?

Maybe some of the other dexes in cosmos.

I mean realistically, we will put it on any of the dexes in the cosmos ecosystem. There will be many dexes in the cosmos ecosystem. We won't work hard to cater to CEXes. @ionomy

For blurt and splash I have some interest in listing on VCC to boost the Vietnam market exposure.

12.) Is a Twitter account related to WLS required possibly because of Know Your Customer (KYC)?

No.

What's this about a Twitter account related to wls?

maybe they just require it to ensure that people can't go and create infinite accounts for free. that was a problem in the early days of steam.

13.) What front end will Splash launch with?

You should see it tonight. Very minimal one, though. Nothing at all fancy. One thing is for sure: We will comply with JAMstack.
