Greetings my dear readers, today I want to show you the fifth painting of 8 that I made for Musicforlife in Hive, the "Reggae marina".

Saludos mis queridos lectores, el día de hoy les quiero mostrar la quinta pintura de 8 que realice para Musicforlife en Hive, la “Reggae marina”.

As you may know I have been showing you the work done for Musicforlife, a very dedicated and friendly community whose main theme is music and everything related to it.

Como sabrán he estado mostrándoles el trabajo realizado para Musicforlife, una comunidad bastante dedicada y amigable que tiene como temática principal la música y todo lo concerniente a ella.

The idea of these paintings was to try to transmit a little bit the spirit of Academia Libertad (A community led by Liuk) by showing snakes and relate them to the Musicforlife theme, the result is a collection of musical snakes so far very striking ;)

La idea de estas pinturas era tratar de transmitir un poco el espíritu de Academia Libertad (Una comunidad liderada por Liuk) mostrando serpientes y relacionarlas con la temática de Musicforlife, el resultado es una colección de serpientes musicales hasta el momento muy llamativas ;)

Specifically today I show you the one that I found more fun, as I placed the Blecher Sea Snake (I think one of the most poisonous) with some icons of reggae music, such as dreadlocks, drums and cannabis. The process was quite fun and although it looks like it has red eyes on purpose, that is the color of the snake so it has been ideal.

En específico hoy les muestro la que me ha parecido más divertida, ya que coloque a la Serpiente marina de Blecher (creo que una de las más venenosa) con algunos iconos de la música reggae, como lo son las rastas, los tambores y el cannabis. El proceso fue bastante divertido y aunque parece que tuviera los ojos rojos apropósito, ese es el color de la serpiente así que ha quedado ideal.

As always, I try to start all these illustrations by placing some related music to set the mood and I decided to select "Los Pericos" then I started with the sketch and placed a base of the color I was thinking of using just below the line of the sketch, then as I was thinking of adding shadows, I was incorporating and mixing color until I had the beautiful result. I will leave you the process step by step so you can appreciate it in more detail.

Como siempre, trato de iniciar todas estas ilustraciones colocando un poco de música relacionada para ambientar y decidí seleccionar a “Los Pericos”, luego inicie con el boceto y coloque una base del color que pensaba usar justo debajo de la line del boceto, luego según como pensaba agregar sombras, fui incorporando y mezclando color hasta tener el precioso resultado. Les dejare el proceso paso a paso para que aprecien con más detalle.

As the result is going to become a beautiful tokenized card I added that light effect with After Effects which gives it a more luxurious look.

Como el resultado se va a volver una preciosa carta tokenizada le agregue ese efecto de luz con After Effects el cual le da un aspecto más Lujoso.
