Desde abajo - From below

Hay momentos en que sentimos que hasta la piedra más pequeña piedra es la montaña más alta del mundo, momentos en que sentimos que estamos abajo, en el suelo.

There are moments when we feel that even the smallest stone is the highest mountain in the world, moments when we feel that we are down, on the ground.

En esos días sentimos que las pequeñas malezas del campo son una gran selva que nos obstruye el camino y nos interrumpe el paso como si nos hubiésemos encogido.

In those days we feel that the small weeds of the countryside are a big jungle that blocks our way and interrupts our passage as if we had shrunk.

Muchas veces me pregunté porque pasamos por esos días, porque en ciertos momentos podemos sentirnos tan vulnerables, tan frágiles y sin ánimo de seguir.

Many times I wondered why we go through those days, because at certain times we can feel so vulnerable, so fragile, and unwilling to go on.

Es allí cuando miramos a nuestro alrededor y vemos a nuestra familia y nos dan fuerzas para desde abajo ponernos de pie para, tomar impulso y comenzar a dar nuestros primeros pasos.

That's when we look around and see our family and they give us strength from below to stand up, take our first steps.

Que importante es la familia verdad? Pienso que son un pilar en nuestra vida que son capaces de darnos esas energías que nos hace revivir.

How important is family, right? I think they are a pillar in our lives that are capable of giving us those energies that make us come alive.

Pronto comenzaremos a atravesar esa selva onde nos sentíamos perdidos y sentiremos que nuestro cuerpo comienza a crecer y lo que antes mirábamos desde abajo, lo comenzamos a observar desde arriba.

Soon we will begin to cross that jungle where we felt lost and we will feel that our body begins to grow and what we used to look at from below, we began to observe from above.

La vida es un vaivén de sensaciones y emociones como si fuese un tobogán, donde lo importante es reconocer cada uno de los momentos para no permitirnos caer al suelo, para nunca más tener en una piedra una cordillera, y para que unas simples malezas no se conviertan en esa densa selva que tanto nos dificulta avanzar.

Life is a swaying of sensations and emotions as if it were a slide, where the important thing is to recognize each and every moment so that we do not allow ourselves to fall to the ground, so that we never again have a mountain range in a stone, and so that some simple weeds do not become that dense jungle that makes it so difficult for us to move forward.

La vida es muy corta y se pasa en un abrir y cerrar de ojos; por ello debemos tratar de disfrutarla al máximo y cuando las cosas se pongan feas debemos cerrar los ojos, levantarnos y caminar hacia adelante, sin importar la velocidad.

Life is very short and it goes by in the blink of an eye; that is why we should try to enjoy it to the fullest and when things get ugly we should close our eyes, get up and walk forward, no matter how fast.

En lo personal encuentro en mis hijas la fuente de inspiración, mi motivación para avanzar cada día e intentar ser mejor persona. Ellas hace que cada día la vida sea más bella.

Personally, I find in my daughters the source of inspiration, my motivation to advance every day and try to be a better person. They make life more beautiful every day.
