It will be translated like : ''Don't touch shit, it will not smell.''
It's about some people that better to not deal with. To avoid I would say. Or even to ignore. Because sometimes it's just a waste of time and energy, really.
That's why it's better just to give that time and energy to those who really deserve it.
Don't take it personally, it's just an expression. ☺
