Hello steemian friends wherever you are, meet again with me @iqbal-pasee, one of the atomians member in Indonesia.

On this occasion I will discuss about how to treat or treat hepatitis

There is generally no specific therapy for Hepatitis, the therapy that can be given can be in the form of supportive therapy, symptomatic therapy, and causative therapy.

Supportive therapy is therapy that helps keep the body's vital functions working properly

Symptomatic therapy is therapy that relieves symptoms or complaints of disease

While causative therapy serves to eliminate the cause of the disease, this is an antiviral.

Anti-virus that can be given include interferon, lamivudine, and ribavirin, depending on the type of virus.

The response to antiviral therapy can also be classified into biochemical or normalizing ALT and AFT, virology or cleaning of viral DNA, serology, and histology or liver tissue repair.

In hepatitis A, although it can heal by itself, it does not mean that therapy is not done at all. Treatment for hepatitis A only needs to be given symptomatic therapy such as preventing dehydration and providing nutrition, with adequate rest usually hepatitis A sufferers can recover within up to two months. As for other types of hepatitis, antivirals can be used.

"Remember prevention is much better than cure"

So much information from me about how to treat or treat hepatitis, hopefully it will be useful and look forward to the next tips in my post.

Thank you for dropping by at my writing. Until we meet again in my next writing.
