Hello friends, today we will discuss about Diwali feast. I hope you like it
The main attraction of Diwali is Jilapi. Everyone likes it a lot. Everyone from baby to adult loves to eat jilapi. So today I will tell you about how to make jilapi.
How to make sweet jalebi:
- Mix flour, semolina / rice flour, baking powder, yogurt and three / fourth cup of water in a bowl pre mix well with a shake. 2. Mix well and then add the remaining water and 1/8 tsp. Saffron powder and shake until smooth. 3. Leave on for about 2 hours to stir. Shake well before use. 4) Prepare a string syrup by dissolving sugar in water. Just before the syrup is ready add the saffron and cardamom powder. 5. Take a polythene ziplock bag and cut the corner / cloth for jellies. 5. Heat the oil in a skillet, using the bag to form a round coil and bring the batter to a continuous flow. Do something at once Deep. Remove from K. Kadai until they are deep fried and drain in kitchen paper and immerse in syrup. 8. Leave for at least 4-5 minutes so that they soak the syrup. Take these out of the syrup and serve hot.
