Charles Hoskinson is one of those people in cryptocurrency that I have a great respect for. He is a calm, sane, genius individual who (IMHO) has a better philosophy and attitude towards the future of cryptocurrency than Vitalik Buterin and even Satoshi Nakamoto.
Yes, that is another one of my bold statements and it is something I would stand by. I have not been heavily involved with cryptocurrency. But I have seen public conversations of Satoshi Nakamoto discussing the future scaling and developments of Bitcoin and I simply think Charles Hoskinson and even @dan had so many better ideas.
First; About Blockchain TPS
That is one of the most underrated presentations on YouTube and further solidifies my view of Cardano as "The Blue Chip" of cryptocurrency projects. There are other projects I love such as Hashgraph and the one I have put most of my time, energy and investment into has been HIVE (starting since STEEM days).
I currently don't HODL any ADA and at this point I have zero interest in HODLing any. The marketcap is too high for my liking. What I'm saying is that when it comes to slow and steady development that is rigorously peer reviewed and executed with the least amount of room for disasters, Cardano leads the pack. It is almost a breed of its own IMHO.
Interview That Does (Not) Mention HIVE/BLURT
Check out what Charles Hoskinson has to say at 10:30 and 14:38. He is a busy man. I don't know how much he knows about our blockchain. If somebody can reach out to him and say what he was talking about already exist and has been around for a while, I think it would be great.
Even if Charles Hoskinson himself doesn't notice, there are others who will take note of what is going on. We have some of the smartest people describing a product and what we are lacking is awareness of its existence among the masses. Forget the mainstream. Most of the cryptosphere are not very familiar with HIVE/BLURT.

IOHK Updates/News/Plans On Cardano (March 2021)
Why bother with looking all around the internet when you can simply view one video and navigate yourself through timestamps. It is not an entertaining watch. Then again, it's not presented by entertainers. Content itself is extremely valuable.
If you can't find time to watch the video (I know that life can get extremly busy), you can take a minutes to read the timestamps. That alone will make you impressed about the future of Cardano

ADA has a bright future, in large part due to Hoskinson's vision, and I think could really take off in the coming months. Certainly it has shown some resilience even during bear markets lately. Do you think its large marketcap keeps it from being a good investment?
ADA is a safe investment. Cardano is an amazing project. But it is difficult for a 50 Billion USD project to 100X compared to a 50 Million USD project. The potential for ROI is lower with ADA.
