Friend's,
1 cup flour
1/4 cup semolina
1/2 cup rice powder
1 cup coconut kora
Sugar to taste
1 pinch of salt
The amount of liquid milk
The amount of ghee
Step
First, make a thick mixture with flour, semolina, rice powder, a little salt, milk and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour. (If you use sugar in Patisapta, use powdered sugar).
Then, in a pan, combine the coconut curry and sugar well and make a puree over medium heat like a coconut stalk.
After 1 hour, brush a little ghee in a nonstick frying pan, pour the batter in it with the help of round sleeves and cover for 2-3 minutes.
Then, open the lid, put coconut in the middle and turn it over like an egg omelette. Make all the backs in this same way.
