Volume today was really bad, I think it was so low as people are waiting for the 3 exchanges over the next week or so. You can find more on them in this post.
The price on the other hand with people pulling selling orders it has gone up nicely to around 159 sats.

Hive-engine was back up today and that is a good thing for all hive sellers. The price all around for blurt is nicely on the rise with it hitting .1 hive per blurt today 1/1 is on its way.

Just to make it easy, let's use Small numbers.
Say there were 10,000 houses in America, 12,000 families (Units) and 50 new houses made per month.
Now, 100 of those people are "Market Whales" they each buy 10 houses to rent out as Landlords. Now another 1000 each have a house, but buy 3 houses each to have 2 extra as projects to flip.
So now, the prices are going up. 2,000 are being flipped, so the owner won't accept the Market value, they take their flipped houses and put them on the market for 2x the price. The Landlords have to rent out rooms, multiple Units in many houses, and no intention to sell without a great offer.
Now the Realtors see the Neighborhood values are going up. The Flipper neighborhood all go up in value, even for those who have 1 house.
Now, there are 50 made every month, but that hardly means there is enough for everyone. And now Developers are buying up the empty lots and trying to be better, more expensive than market value.
So now, all the people renting, or becoming adults, now want houses. But the Market Value of everything, even rentals, has gone way up.

That will happen here. As we, and new Blurters, buy up all the loose Blurt, everyone coming in slowly pays more and more until Blurt is $1.00 ea.
