It has shrimp steamed, shrimp malaikari with any vegetable chachhari these are all there. However, this special recipe is one of the popular terms of shrimp. This special term for shrimp is called Kolapuri Shrimp. I have tried many different terms for shrimp. But now try Kolapuri Shrimp. Take a look at how to make kolapuri shrimp easily.
Kolapuri shrimp needs to be made-
Large shrimp: 500 grams
Onion: 1 large wrinkle
Coriander leaves: 1 cup
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Hot spices: one and a half tablespoons
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 3 large wrinkles
Garlic: য়া Koya
Chili powder: 2-3 teaspoons
Raw chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Ginger: One and a half inch bata
Curry leaves: 5-6 p.m.
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Mustard oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt: Like to taste
How to make-
Wash the shrimp well and rinse with water. Then put turmeric and salt in it and leave it for a while. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimps for 2-3 minutes. Lightly fry in the same oil with chopped onion and a little salt. Then add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and tomato paste one by one. You can use warm hot water as needed but do not use raw water in this cooking. When the tomatoes are soft and melted, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. When the oil comes out of the spices, cook with the fried shrimp and hot spices. When cooked, cover with coriander leaves and lemon juice. After a while, serve Kolapuri Shrimp with hot rice or polao.
