Ethereum post-merge road map development highlight

History has been made the long-awaited ethereum merge which was once a myth in the crypto space has been completed without any technical hassle record, this is a tremendous achievement for the ethereum core team, henceforth ethereum blockchain will not be using intensive energy resources to validate users transactions using Proof of Work (PoW) protocol where miners verify transactions using ASIC hardware rather, Proof of Stake (PoS) will be used to validate all necessary transactions by validators who stake certain ethereum token on the ethereum blockchain.

Merge isn't the final upgrade that will fix ethereum blockchain scalability, and high gas fee problems it is aimed to make the network, energy efficient by eliminating all mining activities using PoW. With the merge fully running ethereum team has rolled out a new roadmap development that will most like make the blockchain more scalable here I will briefly highlight some of these interesting roadmaps.

Surge

Surge is one of the first development that will be integrated into the ethereum blockchain post-merge.

The surge will increase the ethereum transaction speed (Tps) currently ethereum block process 15 transactions per block, the surge will boost this transaction to an exponential number.

Verge

The verge which is the next development on the ethereum roadmap will optimize on-chain storage and make nodes running on the blockchain more accessible, nodes help secure a blockchain network.

Purge

As the name implies it will be used to clear data on the ethereum network this will help reduce congestion on the blockchain.

Congestion in ethereum the blockchain has always been a lingering problem that causes users to pay more for processing transactions.

Splurge

It's the final development on the ethereum roadmap it will help improve security, privacy, accessibility, and general capabilities on the blockchain.

Ethereum are stopping at nothing, they are making sure users have best experience using the blockchain network when it comes to scalability these development could boost ethereum blockchain to be more responsive with data processing output.
