Addicted to social networks ... A new trend.!!

Nowadays the addiction towards social networks is impressive, we feel incomplete if we go somewhere without our tablet or cell phone, we are not able to stay a few hours without being connected to the internet, it has become something indispensable for the great majority is for work issues (which I think is justifiable) or simply for mere hobby.

It is no secret that technology in the world is increasingly beneficial because thanks to it we can carry out other activities that we could not do before, it makes us easier or easier, it allows us to communicate with people who they are practically on the other side of the world, we can investigate what we want, study, perform work, in short, it is a great help for all.

But conditioning our life to the internet or to the telephone will be fine? Will it be pathological? I think it is illogical to let something as small as a telephone have such power over our life, that we get to have a certain level of anxiety about not taking it everywhere and not being able to place everything we do on social networks. will the world end if that happens? Or will we become less human? Fewer humans are coming back with so much technology and not knowing how to manage it properly.

Every day that passes we forget the little things, the details, the people, those unexpected moments that become great memories, going out to have fun and see the reality of others, we miss these great conversations with our grandparents or parents who left us a great teaching, or just a good afternoon, a different afternoon, I think the big problem is when we lose that balance between the virtual and the real.

Certainly our lives have improved thanks to technology, now everything is much faster and easier, but we should not let our life revolve around it. There are those who want to live a different reality and search the Internet for emotional relief that they do not have in their daily lives, either because they feel lonely, bored, have family or work problems, and the Internet allows them to live other realities or hide behind someone they are not, but that is accepted by others in the networks.

And it is just this satisfaction that will make us addicted to the networks, because thanks to them we managed to evade what we both dislike and minimize (according to us), it is this pleasure that leads to the abuse of the internet be greater every day and as a consequence social isolation, low self-esteem and increased levels of anxiety.

So you think it's fair for us to miss out on that wonderful thing that's called life? living day by day and not losing anything or anyone, even the Internet, but as we know everything in excess it hurts, so we must find that balance that benefits us both physically and mentally.
