3Speak Embed fix
reported by @clixmoney, there was an issue fetching video as well as poster images from the plain URL of 3Speak. But now that is fixed. Both plain URL and embed code work fine now.

The direct link to the comment can be copied now by clicking share next to reply
I just realized there was already a way to get a comment link by clicking on timestamp. But this one will give you a direct link whereas the timestamp will open the parent post and then scroll to the linked comment.
