I don't think there is at the moment, but I'll add it to our list of features to add.
It would definitely be a nice thing to have.
I know some people get really carried away with reblurting, so it can clog up your feed.
I've added the feature request. I don't know how soon it will get added, but it will eventually get added.
It just makes sense. Thanks
