Giving this apps and platforms access to function. The web 2 users are no longer just consumers but also produce information too.

I always think the rise of bitcoin was the beginning of web 3 where individuals control their finance and keep their informations to their selves.
Web 3 allows you to make a transaction via decentralized blockchains, banks are no longer needed to carry out transactions as individuals can do this on their own.
