Banana_Milkshake
Unlike the commercial banana milkshake, this version is super healthy and nutrituous, bcause it's made with non-dairy milk, no sugar, no ice cream, and it's gluten-free. Amazing right?!!
♻️Ingredients:
2 or 1(depending on the quantity you want) medium-large banana (I used frozen banana to make it more creamy)
28 pieces of cashew nuts
1 cup of chilled unsweetened coconut milk or heavy whipping cream.
1/5 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
1/5 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/5 teaspoon stevia powder (natural sweetener. Adjust to tast)
Additional cinnamon for sprinkling.
❇️Combine all ingredients, and blend smoothly.
If your banana shake is too thick, you may add a little more milk or splashes of water and blend again until you get the desired consistency. Transfer to a glass or smoothie cup. apparently, you can sprink cinnamon powder on it (optional) and serve as a meal replacement, snack or desert. Enjoy😋
