My dear ladies, do you know that there are certain foods that help to ease menstrual pain? These foods are rich in antixiodants and help to fight inflammation and free radicals.
They are:
🔴Dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, collard)
🔴Papaya
🔴Pure olive oil
🔴Tumeric
🔴Ginger
🔴Nuts & seeds (almond nuts, pumpkin seeds)
🔴Whole grains & legumes (brown rice, beans)
🔴Broccoli, and
🔴Fish (Salmon,Mackerel,Tuna, Sardine) .
In addition:
