When it comes to preventing unnecessary use of loudspeakers, some people immediately associate it with the call to prayer and make it seem as if the use of loudspeakers in the call to prayer is being prohibited and as if not to use it unnecessarily. The speaker is the tool of the enemies. Although there is no such thing. This subject needs serious attention away from enthusiasm and suspicion.

In Ramadan, especially from midnight onwards or later, from the loudspeakers of the mosque, repeatedly announcing to wake people up for sehri, reciting poems, etc ... Is this really very important? Is it the responsibility of the mosque owner to wake him up? Do people have no other means than this which they use daily for this important worship? Such as alarm clock, mobile ....
When we repeatedly announce the loudness of the loudspeaker, the sound reaches Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, people of all faiths equally, which is 80 per cent of the population of India. Are percent and we are twenty (20) percent against them. In this 20%, it is clear that not everyone is obliged to fast. For example, women who are having menstrual periods do not have to fast. Juvenile delinquents do not have to fast. Sick, frail old men and women are also exempt. Some of the patients are very much bothered by the roar of the loudspeaker. Loud noises also wake up small children whose mothers or family members are unable to prepare sehri after waking up, because they have to take care of these children or look after the kitchen work.

The atmosphere is not what it used to be. Many people are very sensitive to sleep. The slightest sound affects their sleep. The issue of religious tolerance is not the same as before, for whatever reason.

However, the serious class keeps requesting that these things be kept in mind while using the loudspeakers of the mosques. Its use should be limited to azan and other very important functions, so this subject needs to be considered from all these areas. Hopefully we will strive to be the true representatives of Islam and refrain from harming others by any of our actions.

لاؤڈ-اسپیکر کے غیر ضروری استعمال سے جب روکنے کی بات کہی جاتی ہے تو بعض لوگ فورا اسے اذان سے جوڑ کر یہ باور کرانے لگتے ہیں گویا اذان میں لاؤڈ-اسپیکر کے استعمال سے منع کیا جا رہا ہے اور گویا غیر ضروری استعمال نہ کرنے کی بات کرنے والا دشمنوں کا آلہ کار ہے. حالاں کہ ایسا کچھ نہیں ہے. اس موضوع پر جوش اور بدگمانی سے ہٹ کر سنجیدگی سے توجہ کی ضرورت ہے.

رمضان میں خاص طور سے آدھی رات سے یا اس کے بعد سے مسجد کے لاؤڈ-اسپیکر سے بار بار لوگوں کو سحری کے لیے جگانے کی خاطر اعلان کرنا، نظمیں پڑھنا وغیرہ... کیا یہ سب واقعی بہت ضروری ہے.کیا ہر ہر فرد کو جگانے کی ذمہ داری مسجد والے پر ہے؟ کیا لوگوں کے پاس اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی ذریعہ نہیں جسے وہ روزانہ اس اہم عبادت کے لیے کام میں لاتے ہوں. جیسے الارم گھڑی، موبائل....
ہم جب لاؤڈ-اسپیکر کی تیز آواز سے بار بار اعلان کرتے ہیں تو یہ آواز ہندو، مسلم، سکھ، عیسائی، جینی، غرض کہ سارے مذاہب کے لوگوں تک یکساں طور پر پہنچتی ہے جو ہندوستان پیمانے پر آبادی کا اسی(80) فی صد ہیں اور ہم ان کے مقابل بیس(20) فی صد ہیں. اس بیس فی صد میں ظاہر بات ہے سارے تو روزہ رکھنے کے مکلف نہیں ہوتے. مثلاً ان میں وہ خواتین جو ماہواری کے ایام سی گذر رہی ہیں انھیں روزہ نہیں رکھنا ہے. نا بالغ بچے بچیاں ہیں انھیں روزہ نہیں رکھنا ہے. اس کے علاوہ بیمار، کمزور بوڑھے مرد و خواتین بھی مستثنی ہوتے ہیں. بیماروں میں بعض کو لاؤڈ-اسپیکر کی کرخت آواز سے بہت تکلیف پہنچتی ہے. تیز آواز کی وجہ وہ چھوٹے بچے بھی جاگ جاتے ہیں جن کے جاگ جانے کے بعد ان کی مائیں یا گھر والے سحری تیار کرنے سے عاجز رہتی ہیں، کیوں کہ وہ ان بچوں کو سنبھالیں یا کچن کا کام دیکھیں.

اب پہلے جیسا ماحول نہیں رہ گیا ہے. نیند کے تعلق سے بہت سے لوگ بڑے حساس ہوتے ہیں. معمولی آواز سے ان کی نیند متاثر ہوجاتی ہے. مذہبی رواداری کا معاملہ بھی پہلے جیسا نہیں رہا، چاہے اس کے جو بھی اسباب ہوں.

بنا بریں سنجیدہ طبقہ اس طرح کی درخواست کرتا رہتا ہے کہ مساجد کے لاؤڈ-اسپیکر کا استعمال کرتے وقت ان باتوں کو ذہن میں رکھا جائے. اذان اور دیگر بہت ضروری کاموں تک ہی اس کا استعمال محدود رکھا جائے، لہذا اس موضوع پر ان تمام ناحیوں سے غور کرنے کی ضرورت ہے. امید کہ ہم اسلام کے سچے نمائندے بننے کی کوشش کریں گے اور اپنے کسی بھی عمل سے دوسروں کو تکلیف پہنچانے سے گریز کریں گے.
