A lot of sugarcane cultivation is seen in different districts of Bangladesh. Which I find very delicious to eat. In our area, sugarcane is cultivated in the cropland. Compared to other crops, the amount of sugarcane cultivation is a little higher. From the beginning of winter to the end of the process of making jaggery through sugarcane juice, I like sugarcane juice very much.Farmers are busy growing crops throughout the year. They thus grow different types of crops in fields. Different crops come with different seasons. The arrival of new crops in the winter season adds to the beauty of the winter season. The beauty of the green landscape is abundant all around. During this time farmers grow useful crops on their land. The seasonal beauty of the country's natural beauty can be seen all around. I will try to share with you the process of making molasses from sugarcane juice. Farmers spend a year cultivating sugarcane which is 10 to 12 feet tall. At the beginning of winter it becomes too big to be cut when they cut it from the cultivated land and the jaggery making process is going on. The dead leaves of the sugarcane are cleaned and kept at a certain place.The first to last part of the sugarcane is cleaned and made suitable for threshing. And they keep the green part as cow grass. Sugarcane parts are juiced through a threshing machine. The remaining part is dried and used to make jaggery. After waking up in the morning and drinking a glass of sugarcane juice, the wear is added. I feel very comfortable eating it often. Since I was a child, I have been hoping to see the process of making sugarcane juice like this. I remember my childhood feelings more.

Sugarcane juice should be burnt to make molasses. That's why the farmers put a big pan on it and cover it with a net. Cut long hair lengthwise. Placed a large cauldron there. Then the juice is poured over it and when it is full, the remaining dead leaves of sugarcane are burnt. The farmer has to work hard to make jaggery from sugarcane juice. It takes more time than what we cook and eat at home. Jaggery is made from this juice.In this way they have to burn for two to three hours with the juice. At various times the remaining part of the juice has to be discarded. I understood that there are different methods of burning after seeing the scene of their burning. I love the fragrance of this jaggery sugarcane juice. The sweetness of hot jaggery is enticing.This is how they make it from sugarcane juice through many processes. I find it very delicious to eat hot and with muridi. Which is eaten every year at this time. Sugarcane juice and molasses are delicious without tasting them. Every year at this time I feel very comfortable having a glass of sugarcane juice with hot jaggery and a glass of cold sugarcane juice in the morning. Then the jaggery is taken down and placed in a pot made of clay. Thus they have time to make sugarcane jaggery twice a day. I feel very happy seeing the color of jaggery. Maybe many people are familiar with the scene of making molasses from sugarcane juice. Many may not see. I shared with you from that feeling.

It also contains protein and vitamins. As a result, regular consumption of this molasses increases working power in winter. Digestive problems are eliminated. Less constipation problem.Many people get cold during winter season. Eating jaggery regularly can get rid of cold and cough problems. Breathing will be normal. Eating jaggery regularly can reduce the problem of migraine. Controls the level of hemoglobin in the body. Eliminates anemia.
