10 Steps To Minimise The Symptoms & Development of Uterine Fibroids are as follows;

Although, comprehensive guides on how to completely shrink uterine fibroids of 100mm(10cm) and below are only given in the one month private training, however, I will be listing out 10 things you can do to minimise the symptoms of your fibroids and to also prevent it from growing bigger.

💠1. Stop the intake of sugar and sugary products. This is the very first step to take, because fibroids feed on sugar amidst other inflammation agents.

💠2. Detox your body daily. This is to be done first thing in the morning when you wake up.bA simple detox is lemon detox. If you have ulcer, detox with only warm water.

💠3. Avoid processed foods, and excessive high carbohydrates foods such as white rice, pasta, bread, garri and the likes.

💠4. Eat more of brown rice, beans, oatmeal, potatoes, maize, avocado, banana, spinach.

💠5. Eat 1 clove of garlic & 1 bitter kola 3x weekly, and drink 1 cup of water immediately after eating it. If you find it difficult to chew the garlic, you can blend it together with the 1 bitter kola & a cup of water and drink.

💠6. Include ground flaxseeds in your diet. This is to be taken atleast 3 times weekly. Add 1Tbsp of ground flaxseed to your smoothie, or pudding, or cereal or salad. Or simply add it to a cup of water and drink.

💠7. Avoid red meat as much as possible. Eat more of fish (especially mackerel fish, herring, sardine and wild salmon), chicken and eggs.

💠8. Drink atleast 8 cups of water daily, but don't drink water together with your food. Always wait for 30minutes after eating before drinking water. Also, drink a cup of unsweetened green tea daily. Make sure your green tea is plain and has no additives.

💠9. Take unfiltered apple cider vinegar (acv), and blackstrap molasses daily, by adding 2Tbsp acv and 2Tbsp blackstrap molasses to a glass of water and drink 2 hours after lunch.

💠10. Do moderate exercise such as walking, jogging, skipping, and cycling 5 times daily, and manage stress. When your body keeps producing stress hormones, it aggravate the fibroid.

Determination & Consistency are the keywords.
