To solve liver problems: If the liver is weak, various diseases occur in the body. Cut 100 grams of helencha or hincha greens into small pieces, add enough salt to 150 ml of water and boil. When the water boils to one cup, take the pot off the heat. If it is cold, add four to six drops of mustard oil before eating rice to strengthen the liver.
