Ingredients for 1 serving:
- Lentils (uncooked): 70 g
- Smoked sausage: 1
- Yellow onion: 1/4
- Fresh carrot: 1/2
Here are the steps to prepare this delicious dish:

Peel and slice the onion.
Step 2:
Peel the carrot and cut it into rounds.
Step 3:
In a pot, add a drizzle of olive oil, then the onion and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
