That's when the idea of making a classic lasagna alla bolognese came to mind. This classic Italian dish is perfect for cold winter nights and is sure to warm you up with its rich and savory flavors.
Ingredients for 2 serving:
- Raw lasagna noodles: 90 g
- Tomato puree: 300 g
- Mozzarella cheese (ball): 100 g
- Milk: 20 cl
- Butter: 20 g
- Wheat flour: 1/2 tbsp
- Thyme (leaves): 1 pinch
- Yellow onion: 1/2
- Garlic: 1/2 clove
- Ground beef: 200 g
- Fresh basil (optional): 1/5 bunch
