Recipe,
INGREDIENTS
POTATO 6 Medium size
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Curry leaves 10
Salt
Oil
Paav
RedChilli one an half spoon
We have to boil the potapo. Peel the boiled potatoes. Now mash the potatos.

Pour 1 tbsp oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Now add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic. It has to be fried a little. Then add curry leaves.

Now slow down the gas flame, add red chilli and turmeric and mix and then add potatoes to it.
Now add salt.All the ingredients have to be mixed well in potatoes.After the spices are mixed well now turn off the flame.

Add red chilli, salt and celery to two cups of gram flour and add water to it.Mix this mixture well and add half teaspoon baking soda.

Make balls of the same size with the potatoes we had prepared.
Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, dip the prepared potato balls in the Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, dip the prepared potato bols in gram flour batter and fry them.

Cut a paav from the middle, apply green chutney inside then put fried balls (vada)inside it and enjoy.
