FRUIT CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS,
MILK-500ML
Custard powder-2 tablespoon
Sugar
Saffron strands
Fruits
Nuts
Recipe:-
Add the milk in a pan before the heat up add saffron strands and fresh cream.
Making slury
Take one bowl add two table spoon vanila cutard powder . Take luke warm milk mix it together. Make a slury lump free.
Add sugar and slury in a milk.
Ster continuesly as the flame on high.
Milk has boil then turn flame on medium.
check proper consistency of custard.
Now let it cool down at room temperature.
Now we have to cut the fruits of our choice into small pieces and mix them.
After mixing them together we will place the custard in a fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
Before serve you can add nuts.
