This is a tribal food of the Eastern part of Nigeria popularly known as the IGBOS.
This delicacy is prepared with Dry processed cassava, ugba(oil bean), palm oil, onions, egg plant and its leave, ogiri( processed oil Bean),pepper and salt. Not forgetting THE almighty NCHA and our yummy protein source.
I decided to start my weekend by preparing this sumptuous native food. Being in the Northern part of the country won't make me forget my root
