One of my favorite foods is sausage, I prefer it because it has many options to eat, easy to prepare and because I like its taste.

You can use it on pizza, make toast, use it for breakfast and even cook it with eggs.

Moreover, as I said at the beginning, it is an easy meal to prepare and can also be used as a snack.

For this competition, we will not use the comfort of our home kitchen, instead I will make a visual representation and presentation of the food prepared in a short time in an open air camp.

First of all, I need a fire to cook the sausages that I bought ready and chopped before the camp.

I choose a small rock bottom for this because there is a light wind blowing and the wind negatively affects the burning of the fire. The rock is ideal for blocking the wind as its location.

I prepare the fire I need by neatly gathering the bushes I have gathered.

After waiting for the bushes to burn for a while, I place the pan in which I put oil on the fire. The oil may seem too much to your eyes, but since our meal will be healthy and for 4 people with appetite, it should be in the amount that will allow the sausages to fry in the oil.

Moreover, when you live in a region where olives and olive oil are the primary source of income, you can have unmissable opportunities to benefit from the healthy properties of olive oil. Since the oil used is 100% organic olive oil, we do not need to have any hesitation in terms of health.

We add the sausages into the pan filled with olive oil, which is heated on the fire. With the power of the fire and the effect of olive oil, we fry the sausages thoroughly, this process is short enough to last for minutes and the smell that emerges as it gets fried is wonderful.

…and our practical and delicious sausages are ready. I should add right away that it is forbidden to use forks, knives and spoons. We fill our bellies by dipping the bread into the fat of the meal and with a manual process.

It is said that when you touch the food with your hand, it adds extra flavor because the brain perceives the food earlier.

I both love and eat more of every meal I eat in the camp or outdoors. I think it has the effect of fresh air and scenery.

Who wouldn't eat more in such a view while eating your meal with appetite? With the arrival of spring, our camping opportunities will increase and we will see similar sights more often.

After a hard winter, we will need to leave ourselves to nature and motivate until the next winter. Spring and summer will offer us unique opportunities for this.
