If you are un able to manage and control your anger , it can lead to a number of issues arising , These includes saying words that are unpleasant , shouting uneccessarily to your kids , intimidating your kids and even assaulting people physically.
Not all handling of anger difficulties, however, are as problematic. Alternatively, you may rant about your job, reflect on terrible memories, or simply sit in traffic while irritated. Managing your anger does not mean you will not become furious.
It has to do with having the ability to develop strategies that are healthy and constructive in other to recognize , control and express your anger.
Anger management is something anybody can learn. No matter how perfect you think you are with anger management , their is always room for improvement.
