Good evening friends , how are we all doing, so today i am taking a break from my regular post about self development , human endevourment and of cause my latest series which is based on human pets and how the could be properly treated for a healthy living .
So in the past few days i decided to take a short break on all my social media handles, this is beacuse i found out that i have been spending more time than usual on the social media handle which is not ideal for a teenager like me.
At first it was'nt easy for me due to my addiction to social media but due to the little knowledge i have from reading books like Atomic habits by james clear and coupled with willpower , i was able to achieve a greater height.
The reason for deciding to engage in this thread is not just about the addiction i broke but also to the way people actually reacted to this.
Staying away from social media for any amount of time is something that i will kindly recommend to any of my fellow teenagers , it comes with a mental sanity and clarity.
social media on its own is a huge distraction and should be managed of gotten rid of before it ruins you.
so in my next post i will be talking about the lessons i learnt from this short mental exercise i gave myself ,stay tuned !!
