after that, start pouring it into a small flower mold about 3 tablespoons and a large mold about 5 centong and wait for it to harden a bit

kembali lagi dengan saya kali ini saya ingin berbagi resep tentang olahan ubi ungu, olahan kali ini tentunya sangat menyegarkan lidah dan suasana tubuh kita, tentunya juga membuat mood kita senang.

nah olahan ubi ungu kali ini tentunya juga sangat menyehatkan dan yang penting tentunya sangat mudah dan sederhana cara membuatnya, bahkan pada olahan ubi ungu yang satu ini tidak perlu memakan waktu lama. lama membuatnya, nah kali ini saya ingin berbagi resep cara membuat "Puding Ubi Ungu" Yups sesuai dengan namanya masakan yang satu ini pastinya tidak akan mengecewakan, karena selain rasanya yang lembut puding ini juga memiliki rasanya sangat creamy. Berikut langkah-langkah membuat puding ubi ungu santan.

Bahan yang dibutuhkan "puding ubi jalar ungu santan" :

  • 100 gram ubi ungu

Ubi jalar ungu merupakan salah satu makanan penting bagi masyarakat sebagai pelengkap peralatan dapur rumah tangga. Kandungan nutrisinya juga kaya yang penting untuk kesehatan, tapi dibalik itu manfaatnya luar biasa sob, antara lain bisa mengatasi mata, asam lambung dan lain-lain.

Ubi ungu ini sangat mudah di temukan di daerah kita serta banyak yang membudidayakan tanaman ini apalagi beberapa hari lagi akan ada bulan puasa dimana ubi ungu banyak di pasaran

  • 300 ml santan cair, jangan terlalu kental dan jangan terlalu encer (sedang)

Sari santan merupakan salah satu makanan penting yang penting bagi masyarakat Asia Tenggara dimana diolah dari daging kelapa kemudian diperah sesuai selera, sedangkan saya tidak encer dan tidak kental sehingga hasil yang disajikan hari ini memuaskan

Tidak hanya itu, santan merupakan makanan penting bagi ibu rumah tangga karena banyak sekali yang bisa dijadikan santan di rumah seperti bubur, ci doi dan lauk pauk dan masih banyak lagi.

  • 7 sendok makan gula pasir putih

Gula sudah tidak asing lagi manfaatnya dan tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat dimana perempuan dan laki-laki membutuhkannya tentunya di rumah maupun di tempat lain, sehingga perlu diperhatikan dalam resep masakan bebas gula.

  • 2 bungkus agar-agar polos

Agar agar merupakan produk olahan dari rumput laut yang dapat dimakan kemudian diolah menjadi bubuk dan akan meleleh jika dipanaskan

Langkah-langkah membuat “puding ubi jalar ungu santan” :

Kupas ubi ungu terlebih dahulu dan setelah ubi ungu dikupas kemudian rebus ubi ungu bersama dengan 200 ml santan cair, rebus ubi ungu selama kurang lebih 10 menit, kemudian setelah matang biarkan ubi ungu tenang

untuk membuat campuran agar-agar putih, pertama gunakan santan sekitar 100 ml dan campurkan gula sekitar 5 sendok makan kemudian tambahkan agar-agar plain ke dalam santan dan aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata lalu masak hingga matang. api sedang sambil sesekali diaduk agar tidak ada bahan yang menggumpal nantinya

setelah itu mulai tuang ke cetakan bunga kecil sekitar 3 sendok makan dan cetakan besar sekitar 5 centong dan tunggu agak mengeras

setelah itu buat agar-agar ubi ungu, haluskan terlebih dahulu ubi ungu dan santan, lalu tambahkan sekitar 7 sendok makan gula pasir dan 1 bungkus agar-agar plain, lalu blender semua bahan hingga halus

Setelah itu masak agar-agar dengan api kecil dan aduk sesekali agar tidak menggumpal nantinya

setelah itu masukkan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dituang lapisan pertama agar-agar santan lalu tuang agar-agar ubi ungu lalu biarkan hingga rata

Setelah itu diamkan di dalam lemari es selama kurang lebih 1 jam agar nanti mengeras dan setelah itu santan ubi ungu siap dihidangkan

Hidangan ini sangat cocok disajikan saat santai bersama keluarga tercinta dan tentunya tidak hanya orang dewasa saja yang menyukai hidangan ini, anak kecil pun juga menyukai hidangan ini, tentunya karena selain rasanya yang lembut puding ubi ungu bersantan ini juga sangat creamy, wah tentunya akan menambah kelezatan pudingnya sendiri teman-teman
