Hi everyone, I Am happy to be in this community this is my first post here.and also first time Participating
I'm posting about my favorite food White Rice and Stew.

ingredients
1)Fresh tomatoes ( blend or dice)

1. tomato paste
2. onion ( slice)
3. pepper
4. seasoning cubes
5. a pitch of salt
6. fish/ meat ( cook)
7. groundnut oil
8. Curry leave
9. mix spicy
10. cooked rice

method of preparation

1. put your pot on a fire and allow it to heat then add your groundnut oil and put the slice onions then stir fry it for a while

1. Now add the Fresh tomatoes and stir fry it for a while

1. Now add your tomato paste and stir fry to dry a little bit

1. after that add your curry leaves and stir fry it for a while too

1. Add the seasoning cubes,mix spicy, pepper, salt and stir fry it until it has dry to the way you want it

1. Finally add your cooked fish/meat with the stock then stir it and allow it to boil for a while and then bring it down from the fire.

1. put your cooked rice into a plate and add your Stew on top of it.

1. then your food is ready to be eaten.
