Making Hyderabad famous shawarma step by step ......😋 Very tasty and juicy shawarma love to eat 🤤

Here healthy word came but I can't eat green leafy vegetables and salad at more times really
I loved food very much , firstly I love to eat hyderabadi all dishes and then different cities and countries food to taste .
I love new dishes to taste and cook also
I love to cook new new dishes in my in-laws house as well as in my home .
First I make in my home as it is perfectly make them only I make in my in-laws house .
They all are also very foodie compare to me . And my elder brother also very much foodie as he call me and asked to what you are cooking today's special and please pack a tiffin I'll come and collect. Always he tell like this I always tie a parcel by taking permission of my mother in law and give to my brother by calling to my in laws house .
My brother always give rating to my food as this food is 9/10 or 8/10 like this . If the food is tasty and yummy then he gives me 10/10 and he always praises my food .
Here on yesterday my husband gone along with his friends to take dinner out. The restraunt was owned by his friend named Nawaz , my husband walked to the kitchen area and clicked some photos and shared to me . The process of shawarma making .
This shawarma is very famous in Hyderabad and also all over India.
The best shawarma I had eaten yesterday which my husband bring a parcel for me .
Here a process of shawarma making step by step

First they washed the chicken nicely and then added some ginger garlic paste into it and added some salt,turmeric powder and some green chillies paste into it and put it into rest for 1 hour and then again it's a time to make gravy for shawarma and mix into that chicken.

They have taken a big bucket for making gravy ,first they add full amount of curd into it and added some spices like cumin powder, coriander powder,garam masala, salt ,red chilli powder,some lemon juice , and last added oil into it,

and mixed well, then added this mixture into that chicken and rest it for atleast 2 to 3 hours ,Then they will start the next process .
Then after 3 hours they seperated the chicken into half and added some colour into it and again mixed well , colours like red and green.

As you can see here☝️☝️☝️ they are mixing red colour into half of the chicken and green colour for rest remaining half of that chicken
Then they fire the coal and give the smoke to both the red and green colour chicken gravy .

After smoking procedure they brought a big,huge and heavy shawarma stand and put the chicken into it.
Between the chicken they are making a hole with the shawarma stand and putting them one by one.

Then they rapped this chicken with transparent cover and rest it for again 1 hour because the spices and salt goes into it and they the flavours will come in the shawarma.

After covering with this transparent cover they take into the low flame that will come only outer sides of chicken ,they cut with the help of knife and make shawarma by filling into it and again the same continuation process the chicken grilled and it was cut off and making shawarma filling by taking the small small chicken peices.

Then finally the last process is making shawarma with rumali roti and filling this chicken grilled and some mayyonise and little cabbage into it fold this rumali and it's ready to eat the hot, and tasty shawarma which was famous in Hyderabad.

You really try for this your shawarma. Our own shawarma don't be like this ooo... I wish I could test from it.......haaa😋🤣

Hahaha, you can taste this too by coming to India first or you can try this at your home by making it
