Mark Hamil Joker
Mark Hamil the longest-serving Joker many of us over the look, we all love the voice Mark Hamill gave to the joker there's no doubt there.
He started doing the voice of the iconic villain in the year 1992, he has done such a good job with the voice he voiced both tv and video games.
Should he be considered the best Joker out there? some can argue he only developed a voice and not any live-action methods that we have seen from the previous actors. I personally believe Mark is an amazing actor but the only thing stopping him from playing the villain on the screen would be his age, unless DC decides to cast an older joker mentoring a new younger joker to take over the reins.

Agree or disagree a lot might be split on this decision but I think the voice is the first to bringing life to Mister J and the acting comes naturally, no disrespect to Jared Leto but I think that has been a hit and a miss in terms of the Joker that was brought to screen.
Mark Hamill should be considered one of the greats to ever play the Joker? I feel that statement should be true given the number of years he brought us joy to see the Joker in an animated series and video games.
