Wanting to be Spiderman, three brothers lying in bed with spider bites, fighting to the death

The three brothers are 6 years old, 10 years old and 12 years old respectively. After watching the movie Spiderman, all three brothers wanted to be Spiderman. All three have been bitten by poisonous spiders and now their condition is critical. What they didn't realize was that the protagonist of the movie Spiderman possessed superhuman energy after being bitten by a spider, which is actually a story, it has nothing to do with reality.
