First let me start off by mentioning the new starlet in Batman universe ... Punchline! She's the Joker's new girlfriend even though she's only been around for a few issues she's already made a mark in this one issue she bested Harley quinn in quite brutal fashion I.E cutting her throat and dumping her in the sewers and she managed to best Catwoman by shooting her after Catwoman had inadvertantly transferred all of Bruce Wayne's to joker.
Also in this issue we find out that the designer wasn't the actual but was really just a corpse being manipulated by the Joker.
