Diana Prince was raised by a powerful community of women, skilled and equipped to battle yet at the same time commands authority and respect, fighting for peace in a mans world.

In the comics, Diana holds many qualities, a heroine of love and peace, a trained gladiator. On one inflection point she struggles between protecting her home vs fighting for peace and love in her new fond world. This comic is a beautiful representation of hope for a new world, an inspiring and carefully thought out narrative of a paradigm of two worlds.

Similarly, growing up I took alot of learnings from this character, despite being 7 decades old, the comic still holds true values in its representation of powerful women.

An interesting fact, the original author, William Moulton Marston was inspired growing up by the suffragist movement. To this end, he advocated for a feminine superhero. This was done in efforts for fight for equal rights for women.
