The issue starts with Scarecrow playing a game of chess, we then see they holed up at Penguin's ice lounge along with Catwoman and Penguin himself.
We cut Batman Dreaming about Alfred being in his in batcave, all He is Harley Quinn at Poison Ivy's hideout.
They're interrupted by Punchline who is torching with a flamethrower, Harley then begins fighting with Punchline who tells Harley that she was a means to an end for Joker, Harley retorts by telling Punchline that Joker doesn't care that much about her either.
the fight scene is intercepted with scenes of Batman talking to Alfred and realizes that he no longer needs Alfred in his mind, Bats then wakes up and knocks Punchline out.
The issue then ends back at the Ice lounge with Catwoman proposing to Penguin a way to make billions.
