Jefferson Pierce is teacher by day and a crime-fighting superhero at night, his only purpose is to fight the corruption and crime in the city.
The story of his past is same to some heroes, he came from a poor past but he did not let that stop him from growing, he win three gold medals at the Olympics, he didn't stop at sports he went on to further his education and became a teacher so it also inspires me in my life now.
He tried to hide his powers and try and live a normal life until the gangs threaten the safety of his community, that was when he realized that he needs to step up and become the one and only protector of the city.
He is more than a crime fighter, he uses his time to educate his students and train them to be better individuals, he leads by example giving his students opportunity when they go out into the real world.
I think Jefferson Pierce is an amazing character, I am also glad he made in it to the big screen on the CW Network, the CW Network is making great leaps into bringing the DC heroes to life. I encourage my kids to be same, do right thing even when no one is looking, live life by that principle and be a great human being.
