DC and Marvel has remained the two top, most popular and highly successful comic universes on the planet currently. They have both remained at the top and being fierce rivals as far as comics is concerned for so many years. Both DC and Marvel have dominated the comics universe that no other comic universes comes close or dares to compete with them. I grew up reading about these two highly successful comic universes and have since become a huge fan of both.
Even though they are both comic universes, they are very different in their own ways and the both offer something unique and what makes them special. As far as comics is concerned, these two take the major share and as such, have split opinions when it boils down to who is better and preferred comic universe. This is normal as when it comes to two dominant rivals, there will always be debate and talking points. Based on the talking points and debates flying, which is your favorite comic universe?
For me, this is a very tricky question as I actually don’t have a preferred comic universe. I’m all in for the content and not the creators or specific universe. I like Marvel a lot and I also like DC a lot. This is almost like asking between Messi and Ronaldo who is better – This is for the football/soccer fans out there. Both players are great in their own ways and possess the characteristics and attributes that make them special. Same goes to comic universes as well. Both Marvel and DC are at the top and they both have characters, stories and everything that has given them huge success over the years and has kept them at the top for so many years.
In my opinion, it doesn’t matter which comic universe it is, all that matters is the characters and the story. In fact, some of my favorite characters come from both comic universes. Superman, Spiderman, Batman, Iron Man, Flash for instance are from both comic universe so you can see why it is nearly impossible to say which comic universe I prefer the most. In my opinion, I like them both equally and enjoy most of the contents from both comic universes.
