The second revelation concerns Smithers' son, who died mysteriously years earlier: after placing one of his guns near the old man's armchair, Warren tells him how his son had tried to kill him after the war to collect the bounty. Disarmed and threatened by Warren, the young man had begged him to spare his life, telling him the story of his family and thus revealing who his father was. Thereupon, amused by his fate and terribly vengeful, the elder made him strip completely naked and forced him to walk on the icy snow until the moment when, lifeless, Smithers' son asked him for a blanket. Both slumped on the bed, the two lie waiting for death together. In his final moments, Mannix asks Warren to show him Lincoln's famous letter. The older man agrees and hands it to the younger man, who reads it emphatically and aloud. Both are touched at the end of the letter, in which Lincoln affectionately mentions his wife. Another masterpiece from Quentin Tarantino.

Great performances like those of Samuel L. Jackson, Jennifer Jason, Tim Roth or the great Kurt Russell crown this film as the best of 2015, far above Birdman, and with Oscar-worthy performances, at least in the case of Samuel L. Jackson.

Once again Tarantino makes a non-linear film, which for my taste was not needed.

The soundtrack is great, and the camera too, because the whole movie is inside a cabin and at no time do you need another scenario, I think you could make great plays with this film.

Grandes actuaciones como las de Samuel L. Jackson, Jennifer Jason, Tim Roth o el gran Kurt Russell coronan a esta película como la mejor del 2015, muy por encima de Birdman, y con unas actuaciones merecedoras de un Oscar, al menos en el caso de Samuel L. Jackson.

De nuevo Tarantino hace una película no lineal, que para mi gusto no le hacia falta.

La banda sonora es buenísima, y la cámara también, pues toda la película es dentro de una cabaña y en ningún momento necesitas otro escenario, creo que se podrían hacer grandes obras de teatro con esta película.
