Breakfast is ready and guess what?
I prepared delicious Pasta; Spaghetti.
Its took less than an hour to cook this.
I love spaghetti, it is my favorite dish.
I had to prepare it because its been a while I cooked it.
Recipe
- Spaghetti
- Onions
- vegetable oil
- scent leaves
- Maggi
- Crayfish
- Tomato
- Salt
- Seasoning
- Egg
- Pepper
Method of Preparation
Break the spaghetti into pieces, wash and parboil it.
After parboiling for a short time, you filter out the starchy water, and set it aside.
Cut your onions into smaller sizes and fry it in the vegetable oil. Pour out the tomato into a clean bowl, add a little amount of water to it and stir, then you pour it into the hot oil and leave to steam.
Add maggi, pepper and seasoning to the tomato and leave to steam and mix well.
After a while, when the stew is well steamed and cooked, you pour in the parboiled spaghetti, add the rest of the food items and seasonings.
Stir to mix properly, add a measurable amount of water then you leave it to boil.
Boil your egg and peel off the shell, put it in the cooked spaghetti while still on fire or you set it aside to be used after when the food is ready.
Cut and slice the scent leaves and add to the food.
After some minutes you check your food and put it out if it is well cooked. Scoop it into a clean and open tray or plate and insert your egg amd boom! Your food is ready to be served and consumed.
