Jollof rice

Firstly, parboil the rice, put the pot on the fire, pour groundnut oil, add onion, blend pepper, tin tomato, spices, maggi, and salt, stir together, cover it and leave some minute.

Put little water leave for a little minute add the parboiled rice, leave for some time, put carrot, beef.

After that leave for some time and get ready to serve your jollof rice. Serve with chicken, fried fish, or fried meat.
