Potato Filling Tortilla Ingredients

Boiled & Mashed Potato ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 3
Green Chili ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2
Green Coriander -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 tsp
Salt--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 tsp
Chat Masala -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 tsp

Method

• Mix all ingredients in boiled potato
• Take wheat flour and make two small round tortilla
• Spread the potato filling on one tortilla and cover it with other
• Close the corners and roll it with a rolling pin
• Now put it on hot pan add 2 Tbsp of desi ghee on it and cook it from both sides
