Keema Biryani Ingredients
Rice -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Cups
Mutton Mince --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Kg
Onions ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3
Tomatoes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Large
Yogurt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Cup
Green Chilies ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3
Cooking Oil -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Biryani Masala ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbs
Salt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Whole Garam Masala ------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbs
Mint Leaves ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Coriander Leaves -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Lemon ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Large
Orange Food Color ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Ts

Method
 Boil rice in a pan with oil, whole garam masala, and salt.
 Take oil in a pan and fry the onion.
 Add mincemeat and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
 Now add biryani masala, tomatoes, green chilies, and yogurt.
 Cook it for 15 Minutes
 Do the layering of rice and cooked mincemeat one by one
 Add food color, mint and coriander leaves, and lemon slices
 Cover it and put it for dum on low flame

 After 20 Minutes remove the dum
