Chicken Quasidella Ingredients

Black Pepper --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Tsp
Salt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Tsp
Cream ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Cup
Lemon Juice ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tsp
Flour ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Cups
Mozzarella Cheese ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Cups
Oil ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 Tbsp
Jalapeno Sauce ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1/2 Cup

Method

 Sour Cream - Add lemon juice in Cream

 For tortillas take flour and 1/2 tsp salt knead it and make a soft dough
 Give it rest for 30 Minutes
 Now make it tortillas

 Add oil in a pan then saute garlic.
 Add chicken in it and cook it for 10 Minutes.
 Now add Green Chilli and Onion
 Add all spices
 Add Capsicum and chicken filling is ready.

 Mix sour cream in chicken filling and mix it.

 Take one tortilla and apply jalapeno sauce on it then add Mozrelle cheese, Chicken filling, and cheese again.
 Sprinkle oregano on it and cover it with another tortilla.
 Press the edges with the fork so that it is completely closed.
 Put Tortilla on a hot flat pan and cook it from both sides.
