Afghani Fateer Pyazi Ingredients

Flour ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Cups
Salt -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tsp
Yeast ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Tbsp
Oil --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Tbsp
Onion ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1
Red Chilli Flakes -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 tsp
Desi Ghee ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Method
• Take flour and add salt, yeast and oil
• Knead it well and make a soft dough
• Rest the dough for 30 minutes

• Divide the dough into six equal portions
• Take one portion and roll it
• Apply Ghee, Put some onion, Sprinkle red chilli flakes and salt on it
• Roll it and make a round ball and rest them for 15 Minutes

• Roll it again
• Grease the pan with ghee and put the naan on it
• Cook it from both sides till golden brown
