Delicious sweet polao recipe

When you hear the name sweet polao, water comes to your tongue. Appetite also increases. However, food cooked with oil and spices is bad for the body. You can also cook delicious but healthy polao for the whole family.

All you need is:
Basmati rice: 3 kg
Water: 12 cups
Hair: 7-8
Milk: 2 tablespoons
Ghee: 200 grams
Cashew nuts: 150 grams
Raisins: 50 grams
Whole hot spices: 2 tablespoons
Nutmeg: A pinch
Jayitri: In a pinch
Hot spice powder: half a teaspoon
Keora water: a few drops
Rose water: a few drops
Sugar: 100 grams
Nun: Like the taste
Rose petals: For arranging
Method:
First soak the basmati rice in water. After a while, wash the rice well and drain the water. Soak the hair in warm milk. Heat ghee in a pan and leave the rice. When the rice is lightly fried, add large cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and sugar.

Stir well with the same amount of water and cover. When the rice is boiled and the water is dry, take it down. Heat ghee in a pan and shake the almonds lightly. Simultaneously with raisins, nutmeg, jayitri.
This time mix the spiced almonds, keora water, rose water and hot spice powder in the polao. Mix the saffron soaked in milk in a pot of polao, cover it and shake it well once. Sprinkle rose petals on top and serve hot polao.
