很少吃毛豆,为了食材的新鲜,往往我会选择买带壳的自己来剥,但总觉得没时间自己剥似的,这是借口了哈~

也有因为我很少遇到一眼看到顺眼的毛豆,这次在团购群里看到宣传图片很有好感,于是就买了一份

没想到青翠欲滴的毛豆弄出来如此好食欲啊~😍😍😍

鲜菇营养美味与任何菜搭配都非常好吃,毛豆和瘦肉也是家中常见的食材,而且营养价值极高,毛豆中的膳食纤维含量非常高,是蔬菜中的纤维冠军~

毛豆是叫熊孩子剥的,因为有他的一半功劳,所以这道菜做起来非常顺手,惊喜的好吃呢😊

剥好的毛豆清洗干净,毛豆肉上有很多浮沫,洗的时候也要清理干净,不然炒出来的毛豆会影响颜值

香菇清洗干净撕成小块或刀切,挤干水分备用,小米辣切圈,大蒜子切末备用,猪肉不需太多,切成肉沫或肉片肉粒都行

起锅倒入菜籽油烧高温… 加入肉沫和小米辣,及大蒜末快速翻炒一分钟… 沿锅边加入适量料酒,加入生抽翻炒均匀,盖锅煮至汤汁收汁,这样肉更入味好吃

然后加入香菇和毛豆继续翻炒… 加适量食盐,再加点生抽煮两分钟,毛豆要煮熟才能吃,不然会有毒喔~ 毛豆里含有大量的微量元素,对孩子的成长也非常好,能够满足人体的营养所需

最后加入适量味精或鸡精翻炒均匀即可出锅啦!毛豆颜色鲜绿又香又嫩,加入香菇味道就更鲜美了,真的好好吃😋 也是超好吃的下饭菜哈~
