Delicious, delicate soup with lentils

Hi guys! I cooked all day yesterday. I just wanted to make something quick. But then I wanted something rare, like soup.


I was making lentil soup. Also for the evening I cooked mashed potatoes and cutlets. But I did not photograph cutlets with potatoes. But I photographed the whole process of cooking the soup.


it turned out to be a very tender and delicious soup. Like a puree soup. The mouth just melts. Everything boiled well and was soft.

Soup ingredients:

- lentils 9 red)

- potato

- onion

- garlic

- carrot

- egg

- sunflower oil for frying gravy

- salt and pepper.

 The first thing I did was wash the vegetables, peel them. 

I washed the lentils. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Grated carrots and garlic

Lentils do not need to be soaked in water beforehand. 

You just need to rinse it in cold water. Lentils cook quickly. It can be thrown into the water along with potatoes.Lentils are very healthy. 

Lentils are rich in vitamins. Lots of calcium, magnesium and other nutrients.Lentils are good for hair and skin.Lentils boost immunity.

And also lentils are easily absorbed in the body.Lentils can even help you lose weight) yes, yes. 

Lentils stimulate metabolism.but attention - lentils should not be eaten raw. 

In its raw form, it has toxic substances. 

 Throw lentils and potatoes into boiled water. 

Before boiling, collect the foam. boil.I like thick soup, so I add a lot of potatoes.

 Cut the onion into small pieces. Grate carrots and garlic.

Squeeze in a frying pan with sunflower oil.

 In order to have golden onions in the gravy, I add a little sugar.


 Fry a little onion, add carrots and garlic.

Fry until light golden brown. 

 When we cooked the gravy, our potatoes and lentils were almost cooked. Pour the gravy from the pan. Using a spatula, pour all the ingredients into the pan from the pan. 

 Using a fork, crush the boiled egg. I cooked it with potatoes and lentils. 

The egg was boiled for about 8 minutes. 

Before you put the egg in the pan with the ingredients, you need to wash it well. 

 Salt and pepper to taste.We check the ingredients for readiness. If the potatoes are soft, then our soup is ready. We remove from the fire. 

Cover with a lid and let it brew for about 10 minutes. Then you can start lunch) 

I also cooked cheese patties in the oven. But I forgot to take the finished picture.

Ingredients for cutlets:

minced meat - half a kilogram

potatoes - 1 piece

Onion - 1 piece

Garlic - 1 piece

egg - 1 piece

Salt pepper.

If desired, you can add the pulp of the bread. But I didn't have any bread, so I didn't add.

In the middle of the cutlets, I added pieces of hard cheese.

Preparation:

1.Add a raw egg to the minced meat,

2. grate potatoes, juice from potatoes does not need to be added much, otherwise the cutlets will not be molded. Grated potatoes can be squeezed in hand and juice is dispensed, but not all, you can leave a little. To make the cutlets juicy.

3. Add the chopped onion.

4.Grated garlic.

5. Salt and pepper to taste.

First you need to mix the minced meat well with all the ingredients. Roll the balls with wet hands and press down a little. I put pieces of cheese inside the cutlet. One layer of fart, then pieces of cheese, then the second layer of minced meat, fasten in a circle.

On a deco greased with sunflower oil, or a baking dish, lay cutlets.

We bake at 200 degrees until tender. I cooked for about 40 minutes. But everyone has different stoves, so you need to watch so that the cutlets do not burn out)
